We first met Brandi when we called her to view a home. Our house was on the market with another realtor and we had a horrible experience with that realtor. In viewing the home, we told Brandi about our house and she gave us some staging advice knowing she wouldn't really reap any benefits because we were under contract with the other realtor. Our house was listed for 8 months with that realtor and we NEVER heard from them. After showing us the home, Brandi then followed up with a phone call to check on the staging advice and then sent us a thank you card for allowing her to show us a home. When our contract was up, we immediately called her and signed on with Remax North. Within a month's time, Brandi sold our home! She's been a HUGE help and has made this such a smooth process, I couldn't imagine using anyone else. She's great with communication, advice and making the process of selling and buying very easy. I would HIGHLY recommend her!
